Virtual sessions may be held on Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. It’s common for a lot of information to be shared during a session. Sessions may be recorded on request so that you can review them later.

I offer 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions, as well as session packages. Some clients see me once or twice and leave with epiphanies and the readiness to change, while others prefer to check-in with me regularly for months or even years at a time.

There’s no wrong way. Together, we’ll find the optimal session duration and frequency for you.
